Petrichor, written and directed by Grace Potratz, portrays two women speaking to each other across time, one of whom is trying to understand what the world looked like before the plants dried up and the rain stopped. The minimalist soundtrack emulates the rain and blends with the sound design to evoke echoes throughout time.

Selected for the 2025 Cedar Rapids Independent Film Festival and the 2025 Des Moines Underground Film Festival. Receipient of the 2025 Audience Choice Eddy Award in the Student category.
