Cinnamon Raisin Bagels (Baker's Dozen)
Unlike grocery store bagels, I don't skimp on the raisins! These bagels are packed with flavor at every step of the process. Even from the initial mixing of the dough, cinnamon is worked in so that it's a core ingredient, rising along with the rest of them. Raisins are hand-kneeded into the dough until I can't fold it in on itself anymore without raisins falling out. There's no question that these bagels will meet your expectations toasted for breakfast, combined with your favorite topping, or even as a quick snack to lift your spirits.
