"Forward" is a play written by Chantal Bilodeau. It features several musical sequences with lyrical lines composed by Norwegian composer Aggie Peterson.

In the 2017 workshop of Forward at The Brick in New York City, directed by Jennifer Vellenga, I composed backing tracks and worked with the cast to integrate the sound design into the performance.

The script's focus on the arctic and the playwright's preference for electropop-style music guided the instrumentation choices and shaped the ethereal drone-like nature of the tracks.
